Lennart Asshoff

Prior to starting Exo, Lennart was working as a product manager at ETS, one of Europe's largest quantitative asset management firms, involved in creating made-to-measure investment portfolios for institutional clients. Lennart is the driving force behind Exo and is leading the team to build a truly customer-centric investment solution. Lennart graduated with an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School in 2010 and is a CFA Charterholder.

Nikolai Hack

Nikolai comes from a consultancy background with extensive experience across European bluechip clients in various sectors for BearingPoint (former KPMG). Nikolai has spent the majority of his career focused on operational excellence and process consulting projects as well as roles globally in business and policy. Nikolai has an MSc from LSE (Political Economy).

Antonio Melé

Antonio has years of experience creating digital products across several industries. He has been working as CTO and technology consultant for multiple technology-based startups and he has managed development teams building projects for large clients such as Telefónica and Vodafone. Antonio is the author of the book Django by Example. He holds an Msc. in Computer Science by Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

Amber Lippiett

Amber has spent the last 10 years specialising in developing products and go-to-market strategies for early stage digital businesses. Her experience spans new product launches to scaling marketing programmes, working in management positions for a number of fintech disruptors (including peer to peer lender Zopa). Amber is passionate about building better customer experiences and products that change the status quo.

Advisory team

Our advisory team has a depth of management experience in financial services and institutional risk control and a long history of successful collaboration. With a shared vision that powered a twenty year partnership between ETS and Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild, collectively managing billions in assets, this same team is now working to apply their expertise in risk management methodologies to the retail market to benefit private investors.

Hugo Ferreira

Hugo has over 30 years in the banking and financial sector, including 22 years spent as Deputy General Manager of the La Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild SA (Switzerland). Previously, Hugo served as CFO to the Tradition Group's Bank, heading up the Specialist Risk Management department and prior to that worked for the Nestle Group as treasurer of its US Finance Company. Hugo holds positions on the investment committee of several private equity funds and frequently speaks at conferences focusing on financial and environmental issues.

Daniel Trèves

Daniel was Chief Executive Officer of the La Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild SA in Geneva From 1991 to 2013 overseeing the core functions including Quantitative management in collaboration with ETS asset management and Risk Management Advisory. Prior to this he served as Executive Vice-President and Director of the Tradition Group in Lausanne after a role as Group Treasurer of Nestlé Group in Vevey.

Daniel serves as a Director of several financial companies and the bank of Edmond de Rothschild group.

Fernando Bolivar

Fernando Bolívar Almela is CEO of ETS Asset Management, a leader in quantitative investment solutions with over €14Bn in AUA. Fernando is also co-founder and partner at Techrules, which is dedicated to providing financial institutions with cutting-edge technology, and a trustee of the Investment & Cooperation Foundation. Fernando brings a deep-level of quantitative investment expertise having been a driving force in digital wealth management solutions for over 20 years.

Jose María Carbajo

José María Carbajo is Managing Partner of ETS Asset Management Factory, where he has led the business development efforts for over 15 years, recently launching the UK branch. His extensive experience in the financial asset management space stems from his previous role at Deutsche Bank where he developed new financial products and portfolio management tools. José María has been integral both to the growth of ETS and the delivery of unique investment solutions for HNW clients.
